Avast has been giving me a lot of alarms lately, particularly when I'm on DA. I know that it's DA and not one of my other tabs because just after Avast gives me the warning, it blocks one(or more) of the ads shown on the sidebars or whatever.
It could be false warnings for some reason or another, but I thought people should know in case they don't have a decent antivirus. Besides, it isn't the first time DA's ads had malware attached.

Aw hell its 2020
The last couple years I put up a journal on Christmas. How about fuck tradition and put a journal up on New Years Day instead!
In all honesty, the moment the Christmas festivities were over my body just kind of let go and I've been fighting what is probably the most physically draining cold I've had in a while. I'm not even that sick; it just restricts my breathing just enough that I'm exhausted all the time.
But that doesn't matter! New year, new me...or whatever they say. This year I've made myself two goals: I'm going to try to beat at least one game a month for the entirety of 2020(trying to make some kind of dent in my backlog), and I'

Fun fact - my last journal was also on Christmas, posted at about 11:30 at night. Today, it's about 11:30 in the morning as I'm writing this :D
I don't have much to say, really. It just felt weird having a year-old journal on my page. Not much has really changed in the last year. I did manage to get a job that pays more than just enough to cover my student loan, and thus with any extra money I have I've been buying art supplies and getting back into traditional art for the first time in a very, very long time. I've got a ton of art I could put up; it's just that traditional art has a bit of an extra step in order for me to put it up online.
Merr Chrismas
Just thought I'd pop in to say Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays, and all that good stuff. Initially I planned to get some holiday-themed art out, but following a baking incident I kinda sprained my right wrist. XD; I'll try to get some more art up soon, and hopefully in the coming year I'll find more time(and motivation) to do art. I've been lacking in both for the last year and a half or so.
How was everyone's Christmas? I got the Switch version of Skyrim, and I'm happy to finally have a "complete" version of the game, even if I can't mod it(couldn't figure out how to mod it to a point that I was happy, anyway). Plus, my mother made me this

Just noticed that I hit my ten year anniversary on this site a little more than a week ago. Not sure what else I can say about that, I just thought I'd point it out.
I don't think I've ever really stuck with anything quite as long as DeviantArt. Despite everything, it's still my preferred place to put my art, especially my OC junk.
